New Construction
All of projects initially start with commonly agreed upon design generally appealing to the customer. Eventually progressing towards the basics of construction: excavating and or demolition, plumbing/electrical, shotcreting etc.
While there is no solidified amount of time attributed to basic construction, there are varying factors that must be taken into consideration when construction is underway. Such as the approval and making of plans.
Remodel
It is understandable wanting to add that fresh sense of sparkle to your backyard or landscape. With our excelling crew and our established planning techniques all of our remodels are guaranteed to stand out. Regardless of the project size Pool and Spa Builders Inc. assures all customers of their acknowledgement as well as care towards detail.
Visitation of the site is required in order to provide a proper quote in all cases
Service Includes:

Skim top of pool/spa to remove leaves & debris.

Test Pool/Spa water & maintain proper chemistry.

Empty skimmer baskets of leaves & debris.

Remove leaves or debris from bottom of pool/spa.

Check filter pressure & backwash if necessary.

Clean waterline tile.

Empty pump basket.
-
Brush walls of pool/spa each visit.

Vacuum pool/spa each visit.

Clean fountain & adjust chemicals as necessary.
Excludes (Extra Charges):

Annual conditioner charge in March (Call For Pricing)

Filter Cleaning (disassemble filter, remove & clean grids, recharge w/D.E.)

Additional support chemicals needed (i.e: algaecides, phosphate remover, clarifier, etc.)

Equipment maintenance, items or repairs. (We will call first with estimate for approval.)
